Biography / 伝記

Tatsumi Akinobu (TA2MI) is a Jodo Shinshuu Buddhist monk from the countryside outside the city of Kumamoto in the South of Japan. As featured in the globally successful film KanZeOn, he is also a multi-talented musician – in addition to his skills as a battle DJ and beatboxer presented in the film, the release of Travel Through Worlds marks his debut as a producer. Showing exceptional attention to detail with both synthetic and natural sounds, the album is an absorbing journey through electronic musical genres.

Tatsumi Akinobu (TA2MI) は浄土真宗の僧 - 日本の南にある,熊本県、市外地出身の僧侶。世界的に成功した映画KanZeOnでも紹介された彼は、僧侶のほか、マルチ才能のあるミュージシャンである - 映画にも映し出されてるように、バトルDJやビートボクサーとしてのスキルに加えて、’Travel Through Worlds’がプロデューサーとしてデビューをマーク。合成および自然、両方の音で特殊かつ繊細に表現された独自音、ジャンル枠にとらわれず電子音楽を通じて面白く、旅のような曲相を制作する。
